DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING THE QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAM ON A LINEAR ACCELERATOR

Relevance: The article deals with modern problems in the field of ensuring quality services provided on linear accelerators from point view regulatory framework, as well frequency control procedures. scientific novelty lies elaborating a accelerator program detailed procedure descriptions and testing recommendations.
 study aimed to – develop test set simple methods for controlling accelerator’s mechanical dosimetric parameters, which would meet minimum requirements high-tech radiation therapy following IAEA AAPM international Methods: In developing TrueBeamSTx (Varian, USA) installed at Almaty Oncological Center (AOC, Kazakhstan), we relied recommendations International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) American Association Physicists Medicine (AAPM), taking into account that intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT, VMAT), stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS, SRT), using image-guided (IGRT) will be performed accelerator, imposes more stringent both dosimetry characteristics
